This Fee Schedule lists all fees imposed by the West Allis Municipal Code. If there is any conflict between the Code and this Fee Schedule, the Fee Schedule shall control. If a fee amount exceeds the amount allowed by state or federal law, the fee shall be reduced to equal the maximum amount allowed by law. All fees imposed within the Code and identified within this Fee Schedule shall be administered in compliance with Wis. Stat. 66.0628.

Each department shall collect the following fees for the services listed:

  2. Location Fee.   3. Shipping Fee. Each record custodian may impose a fee upon a requester for the actual, necessary and direct cost of mailing or shipping of any copy or photograph of a record which is mailed or shipped to the requester.
  4. Other Fees. Each record custodian may impose any other fee upon a requester if that fee is authorized by law.
